Beyond just studying the functional scope, be sure to also examine aspects that are often overlooked when choosing a tool: the ability to test it before committing, access to support and dedicated assistance, hosting, hidden costs, and privacy issues, just to name a few… When committing to a digital analytics partner, be sure to choose the right one! – Can I test the solution first?

– Will I have access to support services and/or individual assistance?

– Does my digital analytics tool comply with current data privacy legislation?

– What service levels (SLAs) are being offered?
