The October 2011 Forrester Research Inc., “The Forrester Wave™: Web Analytics, Q4 2011” report, which evaluates web analytics solutions, was recently published. The report confirms the hard work and effort made by our teams over the last two years and its findings have given us something to smile about:

  • The report praised our readiness to take data from different channels and group it together onto one unique, homogeneous interface. The report also praised our enthusiasm for going beyond web analytics and opening up a wider decision-making approach, taking into consideration the business challenges faced by the largest companies, and I quote “[AT Internet] expanded its corporate vision from web analytics pure play to broad online intelligence provider“. The report also confirms the new dimension which we have adopted for the projects that we are leading, stating that “AT Internet is building on its traditional strength in the European market and has evolved its product capabilities to serve enterprise-class clients.”
  • AT Internet made the most progress in relation to the previous wave, particularly in terms of the depth and quality of the product we have to offer. The report highlights that The company significantly enhanced its core product, added new product modules”. We have been ranked alongside or above certain leaders in the market with our product offer. I would like to take this opportunity to announce the release of two major innovations over the forthcoming weeks which will take our offer even further; increasing the product’s flexibility and making it easier to implement. It is a shame that these new features were not integrated before the Forrester evaluation, but if they had been, they would not have been a complete success.
  • AT Internet remains the only European company, and one of two independent companies, to have been chosen to take part in this evaluation. There is a sense of pride for us being able to offer a European alternative with our clear position as a trusted, independent 3rd party. We believe that:
Privacy and security related questions are decisive in our domain
    – Our clients appreciate our proximity and reactivity.
  • What has been most important for us is that this report has been an opportunity to highlight the quality of the relationship that we have with our customers and I quote:  “The company has also a tremendous rapport with its clients, garnering the evaluation’s highest quality of reference scores”. This “tremendous rapport” that we have with our customers is both something which we are proud of, and is also a great opportunity for us. We are aware that our customers are our best ambassadors and our best allies to help improve the quality of our offer. We owe a large part of our new innovations to our customers, and we also owe them a large part of our satisfaction as well as the sense of feeling worthwhile that we have when we realise and appreciate the success of our solutions.

All that remains for me to say is a huge thank you to all of our customers. Rest assured that this recognition will increase our motivation and enthusiasm.
